British Airways in 2017
British Airways is definitely not aware that it is 2017 already.
First of all, I’ve had it with them sending me their useless “Executive Club” emails (what possible use can I get from it?). Having received another one, I clicked the “unsubscribe” link.
It opened a page with an empty text field to put an e-mail into:
So, you couldn’t pass it with the URL, could you? Well, I understand, you wanted to keep the URL clean and simple, but wait… OH SHI~
That’s how this link actually looks like. Are you fucking serious? You’ve put a zillion IDs in this poor URL, but you couldn’t pass an e-mail with it? Or get it on the server side with one of those IDs? You guys are unbelievable.
And they actually do have a clean URL (http://britishairways.com/unsubscribe/), which opens exactly the same web-form. So, what’s the point?
But ok, no worries. I can copy-paste my e-mail. Here you go, I’m pressing Submit and I’m getting…

You need 10 bloody days to perform the unsubscribe operation? You what, you do it manually? One man handles unsubscribe requests from all over the world?
No wonder you had a paralyzed Heathrow airport couple of weeks ago (and it wasn’t for the first time).
